Migra Watch is a grassroots community defense initiative designed to help people identify, monitor, and respond to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) activity and other law enforcement operations in neighborhoods and workplaces. The project trains volunteers to be “eyes and ears” for their communities, verify reports that might otherwise trigger fear or confusion, operate high-trust hotlines for real-time alerts, and connect people with trusted local resources while protecting immigrant families from sudden detention and separation. This tool is especially useful for rapid-response networks, mutual aid organizers, workers facing targeted enforcement, and community members building localized defense systems.
