MSP Whistles is a grassroots community project where neighbors organize to distribute whistles, instructional zines, printable resources, and alert materials designed to help communities quickly notify each other of ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) activity or federal enforcement presence in the Minneapolis–Saint Paul area. By providing downloadable whistle printing files, multilingual zines, and connection links to reporting hubs and collaborative documents, MSP Whistles supports rapid local defense, situational awareness, and community solidarity — especially in neighborhoods facing heightened enforcement actions.
