The organization aims to boost participation in local Democratic Party structures (committees, clubs, caucuses, councils) and prepare communities for the 2026 U.S. election cycle. Through initiatives like “Launch to Lead,” BDN also focuses on identifying and training future candidates, fostering grassroots leadership and strategic engagement.
