The Big List of Protests, commonly called BLOP, previously operated as a directory of protests, rallies, and community actions across the United States. Its listings included event descriptions, dates, locations, organizer names, and links when available. Visitors could browse events using state and date filters. theblop.org
Archived BLOP listings covered activities such as democracy demonstrations, immigrant rights protests, and national days of action. The platform also offered a “Post a Flyer” option for submitting events. Its published disclaimer stated that administrators did not verify event listings and encouraged visitors to confirm details with hosts. theblop.org
The BLOP homepage currently redirects to Mobilize, a platform for finding volunteer opportunities, events, and petitions. Visitors following the directory link should expect that destination rather than BLOP’s former standalone calendar. The redirect alone does not establish whether BLOP has closed, merged, or changed ownership. Mobilize
