HRT at Home is an online educational and healthcare access resource focused on helping transgender and gender diverse individuals learn about hormone replacement therapy, telehealth care options, informed consent clinics, and gender affirming healthcare services. The platform provides guidance on accessing testosterone, estrogen, puberty blockers, and other transition related medical services through telehealth providers, community clinics, and informed consent healthcare systems across the United States. HRT at Home also offers educational materials about gender affirming care, medication safety, laboratory testing, healthcare privacy, transition support, and patient advocacy resources designed to help individuals navigate healthcare systems safely and confidently. The project emphasizes accessible healthcare information, patient autonomy, harm reduction, and healthcare access for people living in restrictive or underserved regions where affirming medical care may be difficult to obtain. The platform supports healthcare literacy and connects users with reputable medical providers, support organizations, and legal resources related to transgender healthcare rights and access.
